Refunds are only available if a refund request is submitted to b2b@gstar.or.kr within the eligible refund period for each pass type. 1) Super Early Bird Ticket: A refund may be requested during the Super Early Bird sales period. 2) Advance Registration Ticket: A refund may be requested during the Advance Registration sales period. 3) On-site Registration Ticket: No refunds will be provided. ※ Refund request will be accepted only when there is no log-in record into the Biz Matching Platform.
4. Biz Matching account information will be sent in batches later.
5. If you use duplicate email address, only one person will receive login credential.
