| Cancellation Fee | Cancellation fees will be charged as follows based on the cancellation date. The viewing date will take precedence over the booking date. However, if the cancellation is made before midnight on the booking date, there will be no cancellation fee, and the booking fee will also be refunded (within the cancellation period). - 1. This ticket is only for the BTC Exhibition Hall.
- 2. 2025 G-STAR BTC tickets will be sold 100% through online pre-booking. (Available for purchase until 24:00 the day before the viewing date) Invitation tickets follow the same policy and should be pre-registered on this booking page.
- 3. On-site sales of 2025 G-STAR BTC tickets will not be held.
- 4. The exhibition hall opens at 11a.m on Thursday, November 13th.
- 5. All tickets give access to the reserved date(s) only.
- 6. A maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per person.
- 7. Group visits are available only for educational institutions with 30 or more people.
