A1. The email address of the person in charge or companion entered in the application form when purchasing G-STAR Live Biz Matching (BTB) tickets.
A2. When you purchase a ticket, we will send you account information of G-STAR Live Biz Matching with e-mail. You can change the password after logging in to the Biz matching page with the account information in the e-mail.
A3. Sometimes e-mails are sorted as spam, so please check your spam mailbox first. If you still haven't received the e-mail, please contact the G-STAR Organizing Committee(info@gstar.or.kr)
A4. When there is a new meeting request or a response to a meeting request is received, an alarm email will be automatically sent. However, in some cases, mail may not be sent normally, so please access to the Biz Matching System periodically and check the alarm window.
