John Johanas is Director of Tango Gameworks’ award-winning rhythm action game, 'Hi-Fi RUSH'.
John’s game development journey, which actually began at Tango Gameworks, saw him originally work as Game Designer on the heralded 'The Evil Within' under the guidance of Shinji Mikami.
From there he would eventually move on to writing and directing the game’s DLC, 'The Assignment and The Consequence'.
Those efforts and the creativity and professionalism John displayed then led to him to work as the Director on 'The Evil Within 2'.
'Hi-Fi RUSH', which was released early in 2023, marks John’s first fully original IP and represents a dramatic shift in tone and gameplay from the previous titles that he and Tango Gameworks have created.
