Born in 1970 in Kobe prefecture, Saito graduated from Kanagawa University before joining Enix Co.,Ltd (now Square Enix Co.,Ltd) in 1993.

He has worked as a producer for games such as 'DRAGON QUEST X Online', 'DRAGON QUEST XI Echoes of an Elusive Age', the 'NieR' Series* and the 'Voice of Cards' Series.

He is now involved in producing the pop idol group GEMS COMPANY.

In his long career, Yosuke Saito was also the producer for many other games, including 'Astronoka' and 'Cross Gate'.
