As indicated, only the refund request to b2b@gstar.or.kr within 7 days of the pass purchase date can be processed.
Also, since the BizMatching system is opened, it is only possible if there is no record of logging into the BizMatching site.
* Visitors who are not logged in to the BizMatching system will see a progress of 0% on the Manager page.

During the G-STAR period, business matching is available online 24 hours a day,
anytime, anywhere through the G-STAR Online Biz matching platform.

The Biz-Matching system will open on September 12th (Tue).

After logging in to the Biz matching platform, you can set the time zone
by using the lock function for each date and time zone in the calendar section.

If you do not specify a separate video meeting tool, it is set to the default tool for the BizMatching platform called 8x8,
If you have a separate video meeting tool (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) that you use, you can select it when you sign up for a meeting.
You can also set up a separate video meeting tool when you first register information with the Biz Matching system.

The BizMatching login ID will be sent to the email address you entered when purchasing the pass after the system opens on September 12.
Most of them can be checked in the inbox, but sometimes it goes into the spam mailbox, so please check the spam mailbox as well.
If you don't have it in your spam box, please send it back to b2b@gstar.or.kr and I'll send you the login information again.

It can be held at booths and lounges in G-Star BTB or in any free place.
When you apply for an offline meeting, you can choose a meeting place and go to the meeting place at the appointed time.
If you do not select a separate meeting place, participants with booths will be automatically assigned to their booths.
