Yongha Kim, a director at Nexon Games, began his career as a game developer at Phantagram in 2000 and has been dedicated to game development for 24 years.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of games such as "Mabinogi" and "Qurare: Magic Library" while working at various game companies including
Nexon, Eyedentity Games, and Smilegate. Currently, Kim serves as the head of the IO Division, Nexon Games' specialized subculture development organization.
In this role, he oversees the development of "Blue Archive" by MX Studio and "Project RX" by RX Studio.
Kim has actively engaged with the public through external lectures and broadcast appearances, helping to expand the base of subculture in South Korea.
Additionally, he has contributed to promoting K-games globally through the success of "Blue Archive"
