Responsible for selection and development of a team of 100+ people working on the game.
Supervised budget, provided creative vision, led the narrative team and acted as the Musical Director over the production period. On release the game received a 91 Metacritic rating.
Earlier career highlights include authoring a cult-favourite science fiction novel “Sacred and Terrible Air” that later spawned the IP of “Disco Elysium”, screenwriting a Academy Awards selected drama film “Free Range” and leading a popular Estonian webzine and cultural organisation ZA/UM for over ten years.
