​- Major action plans released to game companies

- In case of the BTC Exhibition, the pre-registration of all booths was closed.

- The pre- registration of the BTB Exhibition will be continued by July 27.

The Korea Association of Game Industry(chairperson Gang Shin Cheol, hereinafter referred to as K-GAMES) hold a briefing session on the global game exhibition 'G-STAR 2018' in conference room no. 327 at COEX, Seoul at 2 pm.

The G-STAR Organizing Committee shared the results of the G-STAR 2017 with domestic and overseas game and IT related companies and expound major plans including the exhibition space configuration, support policy for participating companies, and application method, etc.

The ‘G-STAR 2017', which was held last year and jointly managed by the G-STAR Organizing Committee and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, recorded 227,398 visitors and 2,006 trade visitors for four days.

This was the 14th year for ‘G-STAR’. It is possible to submit the application for participation by the end of September through the G-STAR website (http://www.gstar.or.kr). The pre-registration offering 10% discount of participation fee will be continued until the 27th of this month. However, in case of the BTC Exhibition, the pre-registration for all booths was closed within 10 days after starting the pre-registration. So it is possible to apply only the BTB Exhibition. Companies wishing to participate in the BTC Exhibition should contact the secretariat first.

Meanwhile, the sponsorship program for 'G-STAR 2018' will be exclusively offered to companies with more than 40 booths who have completed the pre-registration for the BTC Exhibition. More details and schedule will be released later.​
