Article 1: Defined Terms
‘Exhibitor’ means a person, company, association or organization that applied for exhibit space rental.
‘Exhibition’ means ‘G★ 2009 (Game Show & Trade, All-Round)’.
‘Organizer’ means ‘Korea Creative Content Agency'.

Article 2: Contract
When the exhibitor submits this contract with send application form via fax to the organizer, 
this contract between the exhibitor and the organizer will be deemed to be in effect. 
Full payment for exhibit space is due September 15, 2009.

Article 3: Assignment of Exhibit Space 
The organizer reserves the right to assign the exhibit space in accordance with the contracted size, exhibit category and 
first-come & first-serve basis, in its sole discretion. 

Article 4: Construction & Dismantlement
Construction and dismantlement of the exhibit space should be completed by the deadline set forth by the organizer. 
Exhibitors shall be liable for any loss caused by the delay of construction or dismantlement.

Article 5: Liability & Insurance
Exhibitors shall be liable for any and all damage caused by the Exhibitor or their employees, agents or contractors, 
to the venue or to any equipment, facilities, goods or persons within the venue. 
Each exhibitor should be insured against all risks, including fire and third party liability. 
The organizer, to protect the exhibitors’ rights and interests, shall provide security service. 
However, the organizer is not responsible for the loss, disappearance or theft of any goods, materials at the exhibition 
site.

Article 6: Exhibit Standards
The organizer shall have the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit, which in their opinion is not suitable to or 
in keeping with the character, or purpose of the Exhibition. 
Questionable exhibits should be modified at the request of the organizer. 
The organizer reserves the right to interpret and remove from the Exhibition program materials, advertising, or 
literature which they feel would be in "bad taste" if such materials were displayed.

Article 7: Cancellation or Reduction of Space
① When Exhibitor cancel the exhibition, 50% of the participation fee will be charged before September 30.
    If Exhibitor cancel the exhibition after October 1, 100% of participation fee will be charged as a penalty.
② Upon an exhibitor’s written notification of cancellation, the organizer has the right to resell the space vacated. 
③ The date upon which the notice of cancellation is received will be the official date of cancellation, 
    and an informal notice without written documentation shall not be accepted as cancellation.

Article 8: Annulment
When an exhibitor refuses to use the assigned space or a part of the space, or when an exhibitor does not pay 
the participation fee to the due, the organizer can rescind this contract without any notice. In this case, 
the pre-paid deposit is not refundable. 

Article 9: Use of Exhibit Space 
① Exhibitors shall reflect their company’s highest standard of professionalism while maintaining the booth  
   during the exhibition hours. The booth must be maintained by at least one company representative at all times  
   during the Exposition’s hours of operations. 
② All demonstrations and exhibits must be confined to the contracted space. Visitors to the booth must be contained 
    within the perimeters of the same. No overflow into the aisles will be permitted, due to fire regulations. 
    Space is leased under the definite pledge that an exhibit germane to the industry and interest or 
    educational value to the trade will be presented. 
③ Sound must be maintained at a level that is not disruptive to neighboring exhibitors. If complaints are received, 
    the offending exhibitor will be required to cease the objectionable activity.

④ Lighter than air filled (i.e. helium) items are forbidden on the exhibition site.
⑤ No animals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects may be used as part of any exhibit.
    Failure to comply with the above restrictions will grant the organizer the right to remove the company from the exhibition 
    without recourse for any reason, including, but not limited to loss of sales, damages and disparagement.

Article 10: Regulations on the Copyrighted Materials
Each exhibitor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits to use music, photographs or 
other copyrighted materials in the exhibitor’s booth or display.
No exhibitor will be permitted to play, broadcast or perform any contents or use any other copyrighted materials, 
such as photographs or other artistic works, without first presenting to the organizer satisfactory proof that the 
exhibitor has, or does not need a license to use such contents or copyrighted material. 

Article 11: Force Majeure
Upon the occurrence of any of the following events including fire, accident, riot, flood, earthquake, storm, 
terrorist activities, war or Act of God, the organizer can postpone or cancel the exhibition. In this case, 
the organizer has no responsibility for reparation.  

Article 12: Amendments to Regulations
Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by the articles in this contract shall be subject 
to the decision of the organizer. Also organizer can indicate additional terms and conditions on exhibitor's manual. 
The aforementioned items covered by this contract and exhibitor's manual may be amended at any time by the organizer 
in the interest of the Exhibition and notice thereof shall be binding on the exhibitors equally with the foregoing 
in this contract.

Article 13: Settlement of Disputes
Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between Exhibitor and Organizer in relation to 
this agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the rules of procedures of 
the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and the laws of Republic of Korea. 
The award shall be final and bind Exhibitor and Organizer.
